Send your photos and names
Choose the people who matter most to them. Tell us each person's name and how they're related. Old prints are fine.

We design every page
One face per page, with the name and relationship printed clearly underneath. You don't have to lay out anything.

Approve your proof, and we print and ship in Canada
You see every page before it's printed. Once you approve, we print the book and ship it to you or straight to them.
Questions
How many photos should I send?
One clear photo for each person you'd like in the book, plus a few group photos if you have them. About 30 pages fits roughly [PLACEHOLDER: number of people or photos].
What kind of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos where the face is easy to see. Phone photos are fine. If a photo is too small or blurry to print well, we'll tell you and suggest another.
I only have old printed photos. Can I take pictures of them with my phone?
Yes. Lay the print flat near a window, avoid glare, and take the picture straight on so the print fills the frame. Turn off the flash.
How long does it take?

How does shipping work?
Shipping within Canada is included in the price. [PLACEHOLDER: shipping time]. For now we ship only within Canada.
Can the book be in French, English or both?
Yes. Choose French, English or bilingual when you order. You can also tell us how each person should be named, for example Grand-maman or Grandpa.
What happens to our family photos?
We use your photos only to make your book. We don't share them, and we never use them in our marketing. We delete them 30 days after your book ships. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
Can I make changes after I see the proof?
Yes, before you approve it: names, order, photos or wording. [PLACEHOLDER: number of revision rounds included]. Once you approve and the book goes to print, it can't be changed.
Can I return a personalized book?
Because each book is made for one family, we can't take returns for a change of mind. If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact us within [PLACEHOLDER: number of days] and [PLACEHOLDER: what you do, e.g. reprint or refund].
