Shipping within Canada and within the United States is included in the price. Each book is printed after you approve your proof: in Canada for Canadian orders and in the United States for US orders. US orders ship from inside the United States, so no customs duties apply.

8. Production, shipping and delivery

8.1 Dates run from Approval. Your Book goes to print after Approval. Our target is delivery within 10-14 business days of Approval for addresses in Canada and the United States. Dates shown on the site are estimates for that window, not a promise counted from payment.

8.2 Holiday deadlines. Any "order by" date for holidays assumes you send complete Content and approve the Proof within the times we state. If you approve later, we cannot guarantee holiday delivery.

8.3 Our partners. Books are printed and shipped by our production partner and carriers. We send tracking when available.

8.4 Address errors. Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address you gave, a reshipment is at your cost.

8.5 Risk of loss. Risk passes to you when the Book is delivered to the address you gave. If tracking shows a parcel stuck or lost before delivery, contact us and we will work with the carrier, then reprint or refund if it is confirmed lost.

8.6 Late delivery. If we have not delivered within 30 days after the target date, for reasons that are not caused by you, you may cancel and receive a full refund, as Quebec law provides.
